tomatillos

medium sized
onion

chiles morita
seeds and stems removed

each
chiles guajillo
seeds and stems removed
1
clove
garlic
salt to taste
water
for blending
Instructions
Roast lightly on a griddle the tomatillos, the onion, the chiles and the garlic. In a blender mix the roasted ingredients with the salt and add water until you reach the desired texture.
