Yes, I know. It’s been awhile since we’ve run regular news from the land of smoke and fire. What can I say? With 25-ish products to test after the Fiery Foods Show, Dave a-travelin’, and me training up for competitions, we’re a little busy. Don’t worry, though. I’ll make Hot News a regular thing again. Promise.
The Perfect Bloody Mary
A Bloody Mary (or Caesar if your Canadian) is the ultimate brunch cocktail – along with Eggs Benedict it’s the perfect addition to any Sunday morning.
Welcome Spring with the Americano Cocktail
In Italy in the mid-1800s, a simple cocktail called the Milano-Torino became popular, consisting of just Campari (a popular Italian bitter liqueur), sweet vermouth and club soda. 3 Great Articles to Spice Up Spring
I’m still coming off of the high from the Fiery Foods Show. For me, it marks the start of spring and gets me amped for all the tacos, barbecue, and other outdoor eating in the months to come. Here are a few of my favorite articles from our Supersite that I go to when this mood kicks in.
Lab Rats of the 2015 Fiery Foods Show
The 2015 Fiery Foods Show is in my rear view mirror but product reviews are where my real fun begins. I was going to say “work” instead of “fun.” That would be lying, though. Tasting and experimenting with the 26 sauces, rubs, and more that came back with me from the show is far closer to grown-up kindgergarten than digging a ditch.
