No, this is the time of year when we at Sunbelt Media run around in final preparation for the National Fiery Foods and Barbecue Show at the Sandia Resort & Casino. Visitors use them to navigate through the show to find their favorite vendors. The newest batch of Scovie Award winners is also listed in this valuable resource. Buyers and the public alike take the programs home with them after the show and use them throughout the year for online shopping, etc.

Mark vs. The Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show: Round 2—FIGHT!
Some of you may remember what went down when I went to last year’s Fiery Foods & BBQ Show. Here’s my recap of this year’s show, with ringside highlights of my rematch with the Scorpion.
Huge Crowds, Huge Sales at the Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show
The 24th annual show welcomed over 17,500 trade and general public attendees to the Sandia Resort & Casino, an increase of 3,500 from the previous year. Local exhibitors showcasing everything from hand-ground mustard to sugar-free mojito mixes said they benefitted from the increased turnout.
It Takes A Village to Make A Fiery Foods Show
With this show’s record-setting attendance numbers, some of our exhibitors had underestimated the amount of samples they’d be handing out during the weekend. Ice cream stores to the rescue!
