The new cheese landed on shelves in all 161 Fresh Market stores yesterday. It’s made by a Dutch cheese company called Daily Dairy.
The gouda-esque cheese comes in a dull green color is made with avocado, lime juice, chili, tomato, onion, and garlic, so it’s off to a good start in the guacamole-inspired part.
Amanti Guacamole Cheese comes in a big ol’ wheel, but if you don’t want to risk back injury taking it to the car, followed by a length explanation to your significant other as to why you bought a whole wheel of guacamole cheese instead of pulling a Reese’s and dipping a slice of Dutch dairy into some guac, you’re probably going with having it sliced in-store into wedges.
